I can only guess
Paris. Clearly.
Early 20th century.
There is a suggestion that it is a version of Aladin ... but I don't see any lamps or genies.
'Rip's Parisian art-nouveau `opérette féerie' Aladin with music by Willy Redstone and décors by Bakst (Théâtre Marigny, 21 May 1919)?' Doesn't look very Baksty to me. The burlesque of 1912?
Any ideas? Anybody recognise a performer?

The final photo in the set is somewhat genie-esque
